Hotel real estate is a very rich asset class that is aimed at long-term investors wishing to diversify their portfolio. With a very strong commitment in this sector, Swiss Life Asset Managers France has established a European centre of competence dedicated to the hospitality industry in the broad sense of the word, including outdoor accommodation.
