1. Initial contact with HR

  • You will outline your experience, skills and plans and explain why you would like to work for Swiss Life Asset Managers France.
  • Once we have discussed your expectations, we will check that your profile and interests match the position.

2. Operational interviews 

  • We will give you an introduction to the company, provide background information relating to the application process, outline the challenges and objectives of the position and the duties involved, and show you the environment you will be working in if we hire you.
  • We will talk about your background and your ambitions.
  • You will be asked about professional work situations (and targeted case studies, depending on the position). 

3. HR interviews

  • We will check your understanding of the key elements of the position.
  • We will analyse your background, your experience and your motivations.
  • You will undergo a behavioral and potential assessment depending on the position.

4. Offer

  • We will, first, send you a letter of engagement. This will be followed by your employment contract. 

5. Onboarding

  • Approximately two weeks before your first day, we will prepare your pre-induction pack and give you access to key documents about the company via our digital platform.
  • On your first day of work, the team will welcome you and assign you a mentor.
  • You will then be greeted by the HR team, who will be responsible for monitoring your progress.
  • You will then take part in a dedicated induction day, organised by the HR department. During this event, you will meet the management team of Swiss Life Asset Managers France and learn about our international activities.

Yes. Depending on the position, we may invite you to attend additional interviews and take part in professional role play.
