  • We will, first, send you a letter of engagement. This will be followed by your employment contract.

5. Onboarding

  • Approximately two weeks before your first day, we will prepare your pre-induction pack and give you access to key documents about the company via our digital platform.
  • On your first day of work, the team will welcome you and assign you a mentor.
  • You will then be greeted by the HR team, who will be responsible for monitoring your progress.
  • You will then take part in a dedicated induction day, organised by the HR department. During this event, you will meet the management team of Swiss Life Asset Managers France and learn about our international activities.

Yes. Depending on the position, we may invite you to attend additional interviews and take part in professional role play.
