Swiss Life Asset Managers published its second “Responsible Investment Report”. The Report highlights our responsible investment framework and dives into various ESG projects across all asset classes.

With the second edition of the Responsible Investment Report, Swiss Life Asset Managers provides an in-depth look at our ESG approach across real estate, infrastructure and securities. The focus lies on the progress of innovations during the past year that helped us to take further steps towards our ambition of
becoming a sustainable asset manager. Some of the highlights include examples such as the target for the directly held real estate portfolio to decrease carbon intensity (kg CO2 equivalents per m2 floors area) by 20% by 2030 compared to 2019. Additionally, we aim to invest up to CHF 2 billion over the said period to achieve this goal. The report also provides details on how we have further aligned our ESG governance with our investment competencies and successfully established various ESG roles for our main business areas.

Responsible Investment

To Swiss Life Asset Managers, responsible investment is a strong foundation on which we base our business activities, and not least, an essential element of our fiduciary duty.
