Swiss Life Asset Managers France is associating its name for the first time with the Musée d’Orsay by sponsoring the “Swiss Modernities (1890-1914)” exhibition, which highlights the Swiss artistic avant-garde movement at the end of the 19th century, represented by Cuno Amiet, Giovanni and Augusto Giacometti, Félix Vallotton and Ferdinand Hodler.

Trained in France, Germany and Italy, this young generation of Swiss painters explored the expressive, symbolic and decorative power of line and colour, with nature as their leitmotif, at a key period in the construction of the Swiss identity.

Swiss Life Asset Managers France is delighted to showcase the creativity of this new generation of Swiss painters whose works, for the most part, have never been shown in France and belong to private collections.

This initiative falls within the approach of Swiss Life Asset Managers France to social responsibility.
