Swiss Life Asset Managers has completed the acquisition of NRP's real estate business with effect from 1 December 2021, having obtained the requisite approval of the Norwegian financial supervisory authority.
On 20 July 2021, Swiss Life Asset Managers announced the acquisition of the real estate business of NRP, a leading provider of real estate projects and funds in the Nordics. At the end of September 2021, NRP's real estate division managed and administered assets of NOK 12.9 billion (CHF approx. 1.37 billion). The acquisition was completed with effect from 1 December 2021 following the requisite approval of the Norwegian financial supervisory authority.

The acquired business area of NRP will in future operate under the Swiss Life Asset Managers brand. The Oslo location will continue to operate with all 39 employees from the real estate business.
