Marie Seiler will assume the position of Head Real Estate Portfolio Management for third-party asset management business in Switzerland during the first half of 2021. In her new function, she will focus on the further development and implementation of the real estate portfolio management strategy in Switzerland.

Marie Seiler will report directly to Renato Piffaretti, Head Real Estate Switzerland and work in Zurich.
She joins Swiss Life Asset Managers from PwC Switzerland, where she spent over 15 years working for the Real Estate Advisory Team in Zurich, Geneva and Basel. Since 2019, she has been a partner at PwC Switzerland and has headed the Real Estate Advisory Team in Zurich and Geneva since 2014. Prior to that, she was responsible for the Real Estate Advisory Team in Basel and Zurich for four years. She began her career in 2005 as a consultant at PwC Switzerland in Basel. She holds a degree in economics from Albert-Ludwig-University in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany and is a CFA Chartered Financial Analyst.
Swiss Life is the owner of the largest privately held real estate portfolio in Switzerland. Assets under management amount to CHF 35.6 bn. as at 30 June 2020, of which CHF 7.6 bn. for third-party asset management in Switzerland.
