Swiss Life Asset Managers & CORPUS SIREO acquire “Stella” commercial portfolio of Deka Investments

Swiss Life Asset Managers and Corpus Sireo have acquired the "Stella" commercial portfolio of DEKA Investments. The purchase price is 370 million euros. The buildings have a total rental area of approx. 221,000 m², and the transfer of ownership will take place during the first quarter of 2016.
