Study Award – Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts |
Swiss Life Asset Managers launched the Study Award in 2021. This annual prize honours the best three ideas for new investment products, as developed by students on the MScRE degree, with certificates and monetary awards. The MScRE degree was launched at HSLU in 2017 and is the only place where this high-level programme in real estate management can be taken in Switzerland. Over the course of their studies, students develop a new, innovative investment product, encompassing aspects such as product concept, legal structure, market potential, implementation and competitive analysis. |
