Our strategy is to invest mainly in central Paris in the broadest sense and in this new area around the Nanterre la Folie station (the Groues district). There will be substantial office space in a mixed environment that favours low-rise buildings and a human-sized area. And we were ambitious in our carbon production objectives : we use bio-sourced materials: wood, zero-carbon concrete, and reused materials during its construction, and the Eco-Campus will produce 70% of its energy locally, from a production plant based on photovoltaic and geothermal energy.
